Culture Meets Curiosity

Taste Thesaurus is the result of a decade-long collaboration between two food technologists with complementary skill sets. Akash and Arun have been collecting, curating and creating recipes as a part of their wider interest in food. Their love extends from researching food as sustenance and nourishment to fusing traditional flavours to present in interesting formats.

The creations they present are a result of their research on food history and local ingredients. Together, they collect familiar tastes and reimagine them in a nouveau format. Hence the name, Taste Thesaurus.
